Grace Woodward: I'd rather have Dermot O'Leary than Matt Cardle
Grace Woodward was surrounded by fanciable males on The X Factor
Grace reportedly dumped Matt, 27, for flirting with the backing dancers, but he was no great loss.
'I'd rather have Dermot O'Leary than Matt, if I'm honest!' says Grace, 33.
And it's not just X Factor presenter Dermot, 37, who caught the fashionista's eye.
'When Simon Cowell goes on to the judging panel he looks amazing,' she says appreciatively.
'He wears really expensive tailoring and bespoke suits.
'You can't fault him!'
Randy Quaid's wife misses Calif. court hearing
Actor and spouse are seeking asylum in Canad
Randy Quaid and his wife, Evi, have failed to appear at any court hearings.
The Associated Press
SANTA BARBARA, Calif. — It's another missed court date, another arrest warrant for Randy Quaid's wife, Evi.
The 47-year-old failed to appear for a probation hearing Thursday in Santa Barbara and faces a new $100,000 arrest warrant, Deputy District Attorney Anthony Davis said. At the hearing, Evi Quaid's attorney, Robert Sanger, withdrew from the case. He declined comment Friday in an e-mail.
Randy and Evi Quaid are wanted in the coastal city for a felony vandalism case in which they're accused of causing more than $5,000 damage to the guest house of a home they once owned. Neither has shown up for any court hearings since a criminal case was filed in October and have already forfeited $1 million in bail.
They remain in Canada, where they are seeking asylum from a group they have dubbed the "Hollywood star-whackers."
Randy Quaid faces immigration hearings there to determine whether he should be allowed to remain in Canada and whether he should be granted refugee status. His next hearing is scheduled for Dec. 22...
Evi Quaid, who is on probation for a misdemeanor defrauding an innkeeper case in Santa Barbara, has indicated she doesn't want to leave her husband to deal with the California case.
Randy Quaid is the older brother of actor Dennis Quaid. He is best-known for his roles in films such as "National Lampoon's Vacation" and "Independence Day," but won a Golden Globe award — which he brought to court during one of his appearances in the innkeeper case — for his depiction of President Lyndon Johnson in a TV movie in the late 1980s.

Sheridan drops abuse claims in 'Housewives' suit
Nicolette Sheridan accused "Desperate Housewives" creator Marc Cherry of abuse on the show's set.
By Matthew Belloni
Hollywood Reporter Hollywood Reporter LOS ANGELES — Remember those bombshell allegations of physical and emotional abuse on the set of "Desperate Housewives" that Nicollette Sheridan lobbed at ABC and the show's creator Marc Cherry in April?
Well, now the actress has agreed to drop the most explosive claims in her $20 million lawsuit against the network and Cherry. In a joint stipulation filed Friday in Los Angeles Superior Court, Sheridan drops her claim for intentional infliction of emotional distress and agrees she won't assert any claim for emotional or physical damages.
In exchange, she won't have to submit to a mental or physical examination.
So what's left in the lawsuit? Sheridan, who sued ABC, Cherry and Touchstone Television in response to her being kicked off the show, alleged assault and battery, wrongful termination and sex and gender discrimination, can still proceed with the case. But her damages could be severely limited. But at least she doesn't have to submit to a psychiatric evaluation.

Cheryl Cole: I'm single, I'm not dating Derek Hough
X Factor judge Cheryl Cole has revealed that she is not dating anyone.
Despite going on holiday to Tanzania with Derek Hough and becoming close to Will.i.am, Cheryl insists there's been no special man in her life since her break-up with Ashley Cole, 29, who broke her heart.
'I've had no time,' she insists.
'A lady doesn't talk about these things.'
But the Girls Aloud, 27, star - who adores her pet Chihuahuas - would love a new companion for a sloppy cuddle and a bit of wrestle.
'I want a puppy for Christmas,' she tells Alan Carr in his TV chat show Alan Carr: Chatty Man, broadcast on Monday.
'A big dog you can roll around with.'

‘Dexter’ Stars Put on Happy Face for Emmys, Despite Being Separated
Jennifer Carpenter filed for divorce Thursday, three days after she and her husband and fellow “Dexter” star Michael C. Hall, announced they are divorcing. Read the papers here, in which Jennifer states they were separated weeks before they posed together at the Emmys.
The filing comes just shy of the couple’s two-year anniversary, which would have been December 31, but August 9, 2010 is listed as the date of separation. Despite being separated in early August, the two smiled as they posed together on the red carpet at the Emmys on August 29, when Hall was up for Best Actor in a Drama Series, and “Dexter” was nominated for Best Drama Series.
In the court papers, Carpenter cites irreconcilable differences as the reason for their split. She asks that Hall pay her spousal support and pay for her legal fees....
EW.com reported Monday that the onscreen brother and sister’s split was amicable. The couple’s reps jointly told EW: “Having been separated for some time, Jennifer Carpenter and Michael C. Hall have filed for divorce.”
Hall announced in January that he was battling Hodgkin’s lymphoma, but Carpenter told the Associated Press in April that her husband was “fully recovered” from the disease.
Earlier this year, Hall captured a Golden Globe for playing “Dexter”’s likeable-yet-murderous title character.
