Mel Gibson: Oksana Grigorieva Injured Herself!

Mel Gibson's latest defense against allegations that he battered his now-ex, Oksana Grigorieva? That the crazy chick actually did that to herself. Seriously.
Oksana claims Mel scratched and bruised her January 6, which he denies, admitting only that he slapped her once, not hard, to protect their daughter.
As for how she appeared injured in photos taken after the fact?

SOMETHING'S FISHY: Mel says it's Oksana's story.

Mady Shany, Oksana's facialist, says in a declaration to the court that on January 12, Grigorieva came in for a facial, and she noted, "I noticed there were scratches and bruises around her eyes and on her forehead."
Shany says Oksana told her Mel "punched her and threw her on the bed while she had the baby in her arms." But was she lying about the abuse?
In Mel's declaration, he says Oksana is unstable and "suffers from Trichotillomania, an impulse control disorder characterized by the repeated urge to pull, and pulling, out ones own hair, eyelashes, eyebrows and other body hair."
Mel wasn't done there either, adding that "During our relationship Oksana often had scratches and bald spots on the side of her head as a result of this disorder (ones she is now, apparently, attempting to blame on me!)."
Oksana's lawyer, Daniel Horowitz, says in response to Gibson's declaration, "I've spent over 100 hours with Oksana and I have never seen her pick her hair or scratch her skin. She just acts like a totally normal person."
Gibson's camp says his former lover is plotting to extort him, a defense they believe is corroborated by Oksana Grigorieva emails we posted earlier.

Maksim Chmerkovskiy may be surly, blunt, critical and not politically correct, but it's just because he's a serious competitor who wants to win. Period.

The fact that Bristol the Pistol is even in the top four on Dancing With the Stars has reportedly rankled Chmerkovskiy, who's partnered with Brandy.

“Maksim is very emotional and takes this show very seriously, if you haven’t already seen. He really wants to win,” a source says of the Ukrainian pro.

I love Justin Bieber because he has great music that I can relate to, and it doesn't hurt that he's really hot!
Michaela Wallace is certainly not the only 14-year old with this opinion. But she is the only 14-year old with a song titled "Justin Bieber's Girlfriend," one with a video that has gone viral and turned Wallace into an online sensation.

The young singer spoke to Celebuzz this week about her single and her hopes for a successful music career. Might we have a female version of Justin on our hands?
How long has been involved with music?
I have been singing as long as I can remember. Music has always been a passion of mine and part of my life. In church, at school or just on a regular day when I disappear into my room for some one-on-one time with my guitar. I have been playing the piano since I seven years old and playing the guitar since I was ten.
Does she have any special Justin Bieber concert memories?
Yes! Before the concert in Nashville, I got to go backstage and play Xbox Kinect with Justin. The concert was AWESOME! It really was a night I'll never forget.
Her EP is currently available via iTunes. What are her next plans?
I don't really have any plans right now, but I look forward to writing and recording more music and who knows where it will take me!

Coming to MTV: Teen Mom 2!

Move over, Maci Bookout. Step aside, Catelynn Lowell. Time to make room, Farrah Abraham. Cool your jets, Amber Portwood. Please don't hurt us.
MTV will premiere Teen Mom 2, a sequel to the smash hit reality show, on Tuesday, January 11. Get ready for so much more baby-raising drama.
"Teen Mom 2 is shooting right now," the show's executive producer, Morgan J. Freeman, told USA Today, confirming the sequel's debut on MTV.

The Teen Mom cast became pseudo-celebrities after their trials and tribulations aired this year. Dr. Drew has nothing to do with this, he's just in the photo.

Who are the new girls? Although the cast list hasn't yet been revealed, the featured young women were selected from the current cast of 16 and Pregnant.
As for original cast members Maci Bookout, Catelynn Lowell, Farrah Abraham and Amber Portwood, running it back for a new season, Freeman wasn't sure.
"We're doing some continuous-type shooting with the original [cast] but nothing's been announced yet about what we'll do with that," the producer said.

Eva Longoria & Tony Parker: Divorce Rumor Untrue!

Less than an hour ago, we reported that Eva Longoria and Tony Parker were splitting after three years of marriage, and that Tony filed for divorce in Texas.
Now her rep says it's completely false!
Two clerks at the Bexar County Courthouse in Texas told TMZ the case was filed and sealed by a family law judge, but Eva's rep says Tony did not file.
The San Antonio Spurs star does not even have a divorce lawyer, she says, and another clerk now says no such divorce case has crossed her desk.

Eva Longoria (no longer Parker) is back on the market!

The Desperate Housewives actress and the San Antonio Spurs star married back in July 2007, and has his initials and jersey number tattooed on her body.
Longoria was to appear at the taping of Anderson Cooper's CNN Heroes of 2010 special this weekend, but canceled, sparking rumors something was up.
Fortunately, it looks like the rumors, however they started, simply spiraled out of control and people jumped the gun. Hopefully, they're happy as ever!

Following casual dates in NYC and California, things between Swiftenhaal will allegedly heat up this December, as insiders claim: “The two are planning to spend the holidays together. And Jake plans to meet Taylor in Paris at the beginning of the new year, where she’ll be performing.”

How did these two even cross paths?

Maggie Gyllenhaal supposedly met Swift at a charity event and thought she was a "sweet girl with a good head on her shoulders." She told her brother the same.

But might she have walked her sibling into a trap? Will Swift soon pen a revenge song titled "Dear Jake?" Unlikely, a source says.
